Here’s what you should know about me and how I work:
I have a degree in Science, a Masters in Environmental Archaeology and post-grads in Event Management, and Innovation & Enterprise Development.
I love learning, asking questions and investigating options and solutions.
My straight-talking, honest-broker style supports strong collaboration, progress and constructive communication.
I know the immense value of fully facing the reality of a situation, despite any discomfort.
I listen. I want to hear about your company, your ambitions, your ideas, and your concerns.
I am a strategist who also has the vision and ability to gets things done.
I embrace individuality and change (hence the name Freestyle).
Challenging projects are the norm. I have spent the majority of my career working on projects where the brief I receive is ‘this has never been done before’, 'we’ve had this idea and we’d like to make it happen’ or ‘we need to figure out a better way to do ___’.
I have a talent for untangling complex problems, creating order and seeing ideas through.
You’ll find that I am always working a plan (or 20) and looking out for opportunities which bring added value to any client I work with.
Health, respect and wellbeing in a workplace are of paramount importance to me.
My purpose is to see potential realised and the benefits of its activation enjoyed.

CATHERINE McDONALD

LEAN SIXSIGMA BLACK BELT & LEADERSHIP COACH

Catherine's early career was in the non-profit sector where she held management and project roles for over 13 years. She now specialises in Lean deployment in non-profit, customer-facing and service-sector organizations. Catherine brings a balance of process and people development to the organisations she works with. As a Lean Coach, she specialises in involving the people doing the work in identifying and eliminating waste, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency within organisations. As a Leadership Development Coach, Catherine focuses on empowering leaders to cultivate strong, effective teams, emphasising communication, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to drive organisational success.

CHRISTINA SCHOEMAN

OPERATIONS & EVENTS

Christina supports small and medium businesses, as well as busy professionals, by providing administrative online support services. She is qualified in Hotel & Tourism Management and has worked in 4 and 5 stars Hotels and the Tourism Industry. Qualified in Event Management with over 15 years experience in the Hotel & Catering sector, she has gained valuable experience across the board. She is very organised, highly motivated and a pro-active thinker with attention to detail, while also being used to working in fast paced environments.

CLODAGH O’CONNELL

MARKETING EXPERT

Clodagh O'Connell’s career has spanned a variety of management roles in a wide range of industries, from telecoms to travel, and from start-ups to blue chip multinationals. Her role currently includes digital content and marketing strategist for FreestylePM.

Clodagh launched her own business in 2014, and since then has been successfully engaged with numerous clients from various business sectors across Ireland and the UK.
